Pop singer Shakira has addressed to the Congress of the USA for the help on illiteracy liquidation in developing countries. "Formation can rescue a life", - the scene star speaks, underlining, that 226 million teenagers cannot visit high school because of violence in region or owing to necessity to earn on livelihood. She has underlined, that formation – possibility to be pulled out from a poverty vicious circle.
Shakira, being the ambassador of good will of UNICEF and advancing a number of educational projects, acceptance by the bill Congress "Formation for all", submitted the deputy from Democratic party Titoj Loui in 2007 lobbies. The bill assumes allocation of $10 млрд within 5 years for realisation of educational projects in the poor countries.
