Shakira is back with a bang

We're very pleased to confirm that Shakira is back with a brand new single, the pulsing "She Wolf". The mischievous, electro-driven track will be available to download worldwide from July 14th. Ahead of its release, you can hear the Spanish language version of the track, "Loba", on the player at Shakira.com (that track will also be available to download on July 14th). While you're on the official site, check out the stunning artwork for the single, new pictures of Shakira, the lyrics for "Loba" and evidence of some slightly unsettling She Wolf sightings. Also, look out for the amazing video for "She Wolf" later this month...

Full album on its way too

"She Wolf" is the first single to be taken from Shakira's as yet untitled new album, which is due for release in October through Epic records. The album was written/produced by Shakira, alongside producers including Pharrell Williams. The album is mostly English-language, but there's a full Spanish-language album set to follow in 2010.
